The fabric is made of 40s double-strand mercerized cotton plain cloth with a gram weight of 180g. The grey cloth is boiled in a cylinder to remove impurities, colored fiber and cotton shell. No fluorescent brightener is added to make the finished product a fluorescent white semi-bleached base cloth. The cloth is printed using active digital direct printing technology. The Y-plate is scanned and the printing draft is hand-painted. The pattern details are modified and the color is adjusted many times. The white blank squares are positioned. Imported ink is used for printing. Later, the steaming, washing and straightening instrument is used to mark the position and finalize the shipment. The front and back sleeves and collars are positioned at the checkered position. Laser infrared marking is done by hand. The front blank check is embroidered by imported Tajima embroidery machine. Mercerized cotton thread is used as the base and thick board glue is used for three-dimensional hemming embroidery. Custom-made auxiliary materials are marked with three standards
